Made some tweaks to my golf swing today.
Since I already have a basic form, the adjustments were mental and quite subtle.
I have a TV recording at home called "Drive, Chip & Putt", which is about the national finals of the junior golf skills competition in 2006. In this recording, kids were divided into 4 age groups: 7-8. 9-10, 11-12 and 13-14, and they can drive close to 200 yards!
It may sounds funny, but the adjustment was following the swing- tempo and form of the kids.
I also added a technique from the instructor of my wife related to the wrist at the top of the swing (don't cork).
The result is improved distance and consistency. I got par on 2 holes, including one difficult par 5.
